Even though I have not posted on here in ages, I am relentless on getting to the bottom of my over-eating issues to the very best of my ability. I am addressing these issues in my psychotherapy sessions, using EFT Tapping and Hypnosis scripts. I am sure that my issues are very deep and securely ingrained but I refuse to give up on this, I believe that I can get to the bottom of these issues and get the excess weight off once and for all for good.
I recognize that I reward myself with favorite desserts. I have no social life and I suspect that if I focus on working on that area, the need for the food reward system will change. And nothing affect change like conscious focus on it.
Do you know why you over-eat? Or do you reward yourself in other ways? Do you have good coping skills so you don't even find yourself on this path?
